Our Members

DEG Committees

There are seven primary Committees within the DEG – Member Advisory Council, Communications Committee, Digital Data Tracking Committee, Hi-Res Audio Committee, Marketing Committee, Market Research Committee, and Technology and Operations Committee.

DEG Committees meet regularly, identify opportunities and address specific issues affecting the industry. Task forces are established within Committees as needed to serve the various needs of DEG member companies. Committee Chairs report on their activities and make recommendations to the DEG Board of Directors.

The Digital Data Tracking Committee has oversight of the vendors responsible for aggregating worldwide digital transaction data for movies and TV shows. The Digital Data Tracking system illuminates digital title specific performance by genre, channel, source, territory and resolution.
